22 things I learned in 2022

From feelings to biz and everything in-between, here's what I learned in 22 sentences:

1. Every audience has money to pay IF you make the right offer

2) 

Spending time alone makes you money but doesn’t develop you as a person

3)

Be careful being a business person doesn’t make you overly cynical in the rest of your life

4)

Learning your insecurities is the key to personal development

5)

Making friends takes time, but is as important as biz/money stuff

6)

You need friends to give you the hard truths sometimes

7)

You probably know what you need to do, be careful of ignoring it & relying on “hope”

Work towards monthly recurring revenue over short term $ bumps

Accepting that you’re going to get hurt (& doing it anyway) is a good mindset before u start new relationships. Fear of that can stop you from even starting.

If you’ve been working hard, allow time off for FULL CRAZINESS. Go hard, all in, you will release all tension

Best to keep friends for partying/friend stuff, and the “boring” people to do business with

Don’t put yourself in situations where your willpower may be tested. Just avoid the situations.

Check who watches your Instagram stories each day - Interesting (silent) metric of who is interested in you

Facebook had more app downloads than IG the past 4 years, and only slightly less downloads than Tiktok!

You have gold in your address book already - Look through every person & message the right ones.

Don’t force partnering with someone who talks more than they listen

Sometimes the best way to get lots of work done is to live in the middle of nowhere

The world-ending recession is always about to arrive! Buuuuuut…never does.

Avoid taking advice from people who haven’t done the thing you are trying to do

Sometimes it’s not about winning big, it’s about making it to the next stage

Start building systems, it’s the only way to win predictably

Don’t sell until you have a KILLER offer, then sell it HARD
