Ever offered someone hella bucks to work with you and they’ve turned you down?
It's a rare insult. But it's rooted in a potentially grave issue for your business.
…I found myself in this situation in 2018.
I wanted to grow my information-selling business.
I found ad buyers who worked for the biggest and most successful internet marketers in the game (Including Tai Lopez, whatever you think of him he built a crazy info-selling business using ads)
…aaaaand adbuyers did NOT want to work with me.
Why?
I had no high-ticket package.
It was so difficult to find ebook buyers for seven bucks buyers that the likelihood of conversion for them was small, while the adspend needed from the client was just too high.
They strictly wanted to do cold lead adbuying when there was a high enough package that just one conversion paid for a lot of ads to find clients.
And this was in 2018!
Think how much more expensive ads have gotten since then.
Many of the students in my current mastermind are in the selling information business.
I tell them: Create one premium subscription package, probably include a community aspect (e.g. Facebook group), and put EVERYTHING in that one place.
Make it so good that they never want to leave.
I’ve done the “feast and famine” thing of launches.
Though a small monthly subscription (Say 20 bucks a month) is slower revenue than a “big” launch, it’s consistent revenue, and works even if you’re in a market which doesn’t have many bucks to spend (like selling ingo)
So if you’re thinking about selling information, think about a subscription.
It’s becoming impossible to sell a lot of low-ticket products to an audience through adbuying.
The times they are a -changing.
Creating your own premium tier could be your ticket to predictable, scalable, repeatable revenue.
