The 5 questions I ask anyone I'm mentoring

Every business is different. There is no "one size fits all". Everything I teach for my mentees I create from scratch to specifically solve their problems. Here's how I do that:

One “weird” thing I’ve learned across selling hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of one-to-one coaching and group coaching:

You need to make the solutions VERY SPECIFIC to the people you’re coaching.

One size does not fit all, one method does not fill all.

Even a unique method I’ve created like hyper-posting (Posting to 10 platforms up to 24 times a day with the click of one button) won’t work if the brand, audience, and content aren’t tweaked before the posting begins.

My mastermind is about to begin.

After sending my “who is your ideal client” survey (reply to this email if you want this for your clients, great doc), I send the below in a document.

The point of this document?

So that I’ve done everything humanly possible to give the people in my mastermind group the best chance of making the most money and changing their lives in my course.

As you’ll see, I ask them to tell me how they think they’ll use every part of my course.

With this information, their own companies/products/services will be the examples I use when I teach the ChatGPT/money-making functions, so the relevance is direct for them.

I’ve ran previous courses where (when everyone let me know what they do) I came up with sales ideas and copy ideas for every single person on the call.

If you’re not serving at this level, you should not be a coach.

Session 1: Setting Up Your Brand and Identifying Profitable Offers:

- Identifying profitable niches and validating product/service offerings

- Crafting irresistible offers that resonate with your target audience

Choosing WHAT to sell makes or breaks you as an entrepreneur.

I’ll show you how to use ChatGPT4 to create your brand, and then the offer that you will

put out to make money online (If you already have an offer, we’ll also be working on

making additional offers)

A friend of mine, Ravi Sandhu, told me he wanted to leave his full time job (that he hated)

and become an entrepreneur. I invented a coaching business for him, told him how to

grow it, what to sell, what to charge...and soon enough he left his full-time job and now

hits his monthly revenue goals every month. Again, mentoring is not new for me :)
