I'm wayyyy too illiterate to properly understand it.

So I pasted it in chatGPT with the following prompt prior:

After an additional prompt to expand, I got a satisfying list of arguments to add to my article that my low-level brain can understand.

If a point attracts your attention, you can easily zoom in by asking ChatGPT to develop that point in plain English still.

Then if you deem the topic interesting enough, you can have it make an outline for a page on your site based on that scientific study.

This is really useful to quickly paste a lot of info and then just chat about it and ask the exact questions you need to be answered.
